Bridget Assing Marok is the Operations Manager for Marchetti Company. She was the first full-time employee and came on board in February of 1998. Her background includes fine dining, office management, and retail and customer service. She is responsible for all the logistical aspects of the business as well as taking care of the furry friends. When Bridget isn't in the office she is rehabbing her home with her husband, Rob, as they await the arrival of a child from China. In addition, she is a volunteer with Hospice of the Western Reserve. When she finds time to relax she enjoys Viognier or Pinot Noir.
