Sebastiano Capponi will discuss all things Tuscan over an elaborate five course meal paired with the wines of his family's 500 year old estate, Villa Calcinaia. The Counts Capponi have been calling Villa Calcinaia home for over fifteen generations. Sebastiano ("The Count") is charming, informative, and very proud of his family's contribution to the development of the world class Chianti Classico now being produced in this fascinating and most famous wine region of Italy.
