Pagoa Beer
Pagoa brewery was founded in 1995 by brothers Joxe Anjel and Joxe Mari
Arbelaitz. Both are from Oiatzun, a little town near San Sebastian (in
the Basque region). As word gets out about this wonderful Basque beer,
demand is rapidly rising. Currently 23,000 cases are produced per year,
though the brewery is capable of producing more. It is important to mention
that Pagoa beer is 100% natural and made using traditional Basque production
methods.
Pagoa beer is sold in the United States and Europe, in the Basque region
of Spain and France, and in Ireland. The market will soon expand to Denmark,
Sweden, Norway and Japan.
